By placing an order on our store, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this policy.

Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date of arrival. If it has been several days since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or size exchange.

FRIACE reserves the right to ask the customer to send by email photos of the item received highlighting its defect/non-conformity.
PLEASE NOTE: “it’s not to my taste”, “I don’t like it”, “there is too little stretch”, “the color is slightly different from the photo” etc. is not sufficient evidence to consider a garment as defective/non-compliant.


For returns and size exchanges, the garment must be returned in perfect condition, which includes the original packaging/case and label, and must be unwashed, unworn, free of odor/scent or damaged in any way. | Clothing must be properly packaged in the same packaging as received. In the event of non-compliance with at least one of the points listed above, FRIACE reserves the right not to accept any return/size change request.

Size returns and exchanges may take up to 60 days from the date the order is received.

1. If 30 days have not yet passed since the day of arrival and you are not satisfied with our product, please contact our customer service.

2. Once the exchange or refund is approved, return the product in its original packaging. The address to send it to will be communicated to you directly by our customer service.

3. Incomplete or unidentifiable complaints are not valid.

4. Once the product has been successfully returned to our premises, you will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchase price.

FRIACETry™ Guarantee

Our FRIACETry™ Guarantee automatically applies to all items in our store when your order arrives. Always follow the instructions on our Size Guide page to avoid getting the wrong size. If the size does not fit you, simply email or WhatsApp us a photo showing the wrong actual size while wearing the shirt, a photo of the size number of the shirt received to request an exchange. The warranty will not be valid if the points of the agreement are not applied. Your request will be processed within 14 days.


Faulty order

If a customer reports a defective or broken product, they should send photos of the defects to the customer service email address on the site. After receiving the photos, our customer service will forward them in a file to the dedicated team who will confirm whether the customer's complaint is approved. If the customer requests a refund and it was made within 14 days of receiving the order, we will issue a refund. If the customer requests a return, we will contact the dedicated team, have a return label sent to that customer, and once the order arrives at our premises, a replacement product will be sent back to the customer.

Lost or stolen packages

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we cover any exceptional case of delay or even loss in transit and offer free reshipment of a second product or a refund.

  • If your order does not arrive at its destination and is delayed at a local post office, it is customers' responsibility to contact the shipper in question before receiving a reshipment or refund.
  • If you have entered incorrect shipping information, you are unfortunately not entitled to a reshipment or refund.
  • When placing the order, you will have the option to add insurance with premium shipping to your order.

My order has not arrived

If you have not received your order within 30 business days, your order may be refunded or returned free of charge. Please email our customer service after the 30 business day period has ended.

Cancellation of the order

You can only cancel your order within 5 hours of your same-day purchase. Please note that handling, processing and transaction fees (15% of the total order value) will be charged in the event of cancellation.
